Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist. In this position as digital marketing specialist for the Becoming: HER team I drive the podcast’s digital presence, enhance audience engagement, and support content creation. This includes both remote work and occasional in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Create and publish detailed podcast episode notes, including key quotes, timestamps, and summaries for each episode.
Create engaging titles and descriptions that drive downloads and listens.
Publish episodes on platforms such as Megaphone, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and Brevo enhancing visibility.
Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials using Canva for each episode.
Find and post promotional videos for each episode weekly.
Manage social media content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the podcast website, with an emphasis on engagement and brand consistency.
Develop and execute content strategies of each new episode for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Respond to comments, engage with followers, and build an online community.
Craft and send out weekly podcast emails using the platform Brevo, featuring the latest episodes, highlights, and guests.
Monitor email performance and suggest improvements for increased open and click-through rates.
Attend in-person meetings to collaborate on and film content of social engagements and advertising campaigns.
Edit filmed content to produce polished, high-quality videos for social media and other platforms.
